Sometimes, people lose teeth, over the years, or have teeth that are no longer restorable. Replacing missing teeth is as important as restoring existing ones. Dr. Sanchez places his own implants, allowing his patients. to have teeth again, in a manner that is closest to having their own original teeth. Implant supported crowns look, feel and function like natural teeth. In addition to enabling patients to enjoy all the different foods, teeth also support the face and lips, as well as allowing for normal speech. Implants are used for many different reasons. The most common use is to replace one or more missing teeth without touching the remaining teeth. This not only saves the other teeth from being worked on, it also makes it possible to brush and floss the same way you would with natural teeth. These are called fixed restorations because they are held in place, by cement or tiny screws, and you don’t remove them. Patients consider these to be the closest thing to their own original teeth. You can chew with them and they feel exactly the same to the bite. Fixed restorations become a part of you after a few days.

It is no longer necessary to wait 4 months for an extraction site to heal before placing an implant. This first case was completed in one visit. This technique not only eliminates 4 months of waiting for healing, it also saves the patients $500-600 for bone grafting the socket to preserve bone.
This is another single appointment extraction & implant placement, using a Keystone MAX TL implant. Note the size and width of this implant! It allows for a much more natural and functional size of crown to be placed later. This makes chewing and cleaning the area much easier for the patient.
This last case was also done with a MAX TL implant and recently had the crown placed.
